This is a recorded group coaching program that was held in April – June.It was for those who are enrolled in Tidy Tutor University in the April semester, and current members of TTi. The purpose of this group coaching is to have a determined plan of action to take, like your going to night school. You’ve got live classmates, you’ve got an instructor. The normal tendency to put off getting started will be eliminated (or at least harder to ignore). When we know we are showing up and exected to have work done, we get it done. While this is no longer live it is still super valuable and you can take each week one week at a time in conjunction with TTU if you like.

Homework: Take Session 3 and do your best to practice it for the week. Take note of the things you have questions about to ask on our next session.Be aware of the little (and big) put downs you say to yourself all week, These are forms of identity that you have internalized. Take the time to irradiate these perceptions of self from your life by creating a new identity.Suggestion: Download the “CALM” app on your phone and do a meditation creating new grooves in your brain (spoken about in session 1) Next Week Q and A on anything in Session 3
